Why are payments with my virtual card being declined?

Before paying, always check your card's activation, country, and balance. Verify the correct card number, expiration date, and CVV.

Your card might also be declined due to:

  • Automatic 24-hour suspension: Reactivate the card in your account.
  • Card type restrictions: Some purchases need specific cards, like credit cards instead of debit cards.
  • 3D Secure: Some stores only accept cards with 3D secure; check if your card supports it.
  • High-risk blocks: Risky transactions (like gambling) or those from high-risk countries may be blocked. Try a new card with a different country code.
How do I add my card to Apple pay?

Some cards are compatible with Apple Pay, while others may not be supported. Via this link, you can see which ones: https://rewarble.com/cards/new.

  1. Open your Apple Wallet.
  2. Tap on "Credit Card."
  3. Scroll down and select "Add Another Card."
  4. Please provide your card's expiration date and CVC code.
  5. You may notice a different email address displayed: this is normal, so don’t worry.
  6. Enter the verification code to add your card to Apple Pay.

Please note: When you add your prepaid card to Apple Pay, you'll get a verification email to confirm it. This email goes to our payment service provider first, so it may come from a different address for security.

Why does Apple pay show a different email address?

When you add your prepaid card to Apple Pay, the payment network sends a verification email to confirm your card. Because we work with a trusted payment service provider (PSP) to process and secure your transactions, the email is first sent to their system before being forwarded to your email. That’s why there’s a different email address.

This is a standard security process to ensure your card is verified safely. Check your inbox for the forwarded email and follow the instructions to complete the verification.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.

How long does it take to receive a top up on my virtual card?

Top-ups are processed quickly, so your balance updates soon. Most transactions appear instantly, but there may be a short delay. If your balance doesn't update right away, please wait up to 10 minutes.
