Preamble
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are legally binding and govern the relationship between you (the "Cardholder" or "you") and Mechhive B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands, with its registered office at Jeroen Boschlaan 69, 5642 AP Eindhoven, The Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as "Mechhive", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your participation in and use of the Virtual Visa Card Program (the "Program").

1. Program Overview
The Program provides eligible participants with a virtual Visa card (the "Card") for conducting transactions online. These Cards are issued by partnering banks, subject to these Terms and any additional terms set forth by the issuing banks.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where the Program is available. Mechhive reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to refuse participation at its discretion.
3. Card Issuance and Activation
Cards are issued by Mechhive's partner banks, which may vary. These banks are licensed for card issuance.
Upon issuance, Cards are activated for a period of 7 days. Cardholders may extend this activation period under the conditions specified herein.
4. Fees and Charges
Activation Fees: After the initial five free activations, a fee of $0.10 USD will apply for each 24-hour activation. A 30-day activation option is available for $0.99 USD.
Expiry Fees: Two months following the last activation, Cards begin to expire, and associated costs are charged directly to the Card.
Reload Fees: A fee of 3% of the reload amount applies for each Card reload. This fee is deducted from your Mechhive account balance.
Card Generation Fees: The first Card issued from your account is free. Subsequent Cards incur a charge of $0.99 USD plus a 3% processing fee.
5. Card Use Restrictions
Cards must not be used for transactions exceeding the loaded balance.
Use of Cards in countries designated by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as non-cooperative in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing is prohibited.
6. Account and Card Suspension
In the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or as required by our partner banks, Mechhive reserves the right to suspend your account and any associated Cards. Notification of such suspension will be communicated via email.
7. Modification of Terms
Mechhive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to you.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Rechtbank Oost-Brabant.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mechhive and its partner banks shall not be liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized use of the Card, provided that the Cardholder has taken reasonable measures to protect the Card details.
10. Miscellaneous
The Cardholder agrees that the balance on the Card is not refundable and cannot be transferred back to the Mechhive account.
The maximum balance and reload limits are set at $9999 USD and $1 USD to $250 USD per transaction, respectively.
Cardholders may assign nicknames to Cards for identification purposes within their Mechhive account.

Acknowledgment
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Program.
